Facing Fear on the Journey to Fulfillment

June 17, 2025

11:28 pm

Fear is our brain’s built-in alarm system. It evolved to keep us alive by helping us sense and respond to danger-fast.

There are a few good things that come from “founded” fear:

– Increase in alertness – Heightens awareness

– Triggers a fight, flight or freeze response

– Keeps us from walking into risky or life-threatening situations

Over our lifetime, we can begin to associate fear with circumstances and outcomes that don’t require it.

We don’t need to be afraid of failing when starting a business, or no one liking a book we write or experiencing a break up or trying and not succeeding in a life goal. However, we’ve been conditioned to fear failing, which ultimately keeps many of us from trying.

Fear can keep us stuck in old patterns and replaying unhelpful mental chatter. You can decide at any time to let it go and give “it” a shot.

Join us for a powerful and honest live conversation about what it really looks like to face fear on the road to a more fulfilled, authentic life.

We’ll explore:

• The hidden fears that keep “Good Ole Girls” playing small

• How to move forward when you’re scared or uncertain

• The difference between fear that protects you and fear that paralyzes you

You’ll leave this session feeling seen, supported, and equipped with practical tools to keep moving—even when your knees are shaking. ⸻ Who it’s for: Women who are ready to stop letting fear make their decisions—and start living on their own terms. Come as you are.

Leave a little braver.
