Keys of Connection:
The Good Ole Girls Network Code of Conduct
Welcome to The Good Ole Girls’ Network®! This community is a place where women come together to uplift, inspire, and empower one another on the journey to fulfillment. To maintain a space of love, respect, and encouragement, we ask all members to follow these Keys to Connection:
Respect One Another
Every woman here has her own story, struggles, and dreams. Honor each other’s experiences by treating everyone with kindness, dignity, and respect.
Assume Good Intent
Before reacting, assume that others mean well. Misunderstandings happen, but let’s give each other grace and the benefit of the doubt.
Communicate in Love
Our words have power — let’s use them to build each other up. Speak with kindness, encouragement, and a heart for connection.
Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Under stood
Before responding, take a moment to truly listen. Seek to understand another person’s perspective before sharing your own
No Name - Calling or Personal Attacks
Disagreements are natural, but insults, name-calling, or tearing others down will not be tolerated. We discuss ideas, not attack people.
Ask Clarifying Questions, Not Judging Ones
If you don’t understand something, ask with curiosity, not judgment. Instead of “Why would you do that?” try “Can you share more about what led you to that decision?”
No Swearing or Cursing
This is a space of positivity and encouragement. Let’s keep our language uplifting and free from profanity.
Avoid Sarcasm to Get Your Point Across
Sarcasm can often be misinterpreted, especially in written form. Let’s strive for clarity, sincerity, and honesty in our conversations.
Don't Judge
We all have different backgrounds, beliefs, and journeys. Instead of judging, let’s support, uplift, and encourage one another.
No Gossip, Drama, or Negativity
This is a space for encouragement and growth, not tearing others down. If you have concerns, address them directly and respectfully—or reach out to an admin.
Keep It Confidential
What’s shared in this community stays in this community. Let’s honor one another’s privacy and create a space where people feel safe to be vulnerable.
Contribute to a Positive and Supportive Atmosphere
Encourage, celebrate, and cheer on your fellow Good Ole Girls! We are here to grow and thrive together.
If We Fall Short ...
We’re all human, and sometimes we might slip up. If you do, own it, apologize, and do better. And if you see a sister struggling, offer her grace and a gentle reminder. By being part of The Good Ole Girls ’ Network ®, you agree to uphold these principles and help make this community a place of love, support, and empowerment.
